What inspired you to pursue a career in the automation industry, and how did you get started in this field?
My journey into automation started with a simple combination of hard work and a commitment to getting things done. I'm the kind of person who likes to stay organised and focus on results. Building strong relationships and communicating well with people at all levels of an organisation is something I'm pretty good at.
I'm confident in myself, so I tend to take charge and stay positive in any situation. I really enjoy being part of a team and believe I bring a positive vibe to the group. Pressure doesn't rattle me; in fact, I find it kind of exciting. I take pride in my work, and I'm not one to shy away from a challenge or hard work.
What do you enjoy most about working at ITS, and what sets you apart from other automation businesses in the industry?
As a Project Manager at ITS, one of the aspects I enjoy most about my role is the dynamic and collaborative atmosphere within the company. ITS has cultivated an environment where innovation and continuous learning are encouraged. This allows me to stay at the forefront of automation technologies and strategies, which is both motivating and professionally fulfilling.
When it comes to what sets ITS apart from other automation businesses in the industry, I'd say it's our unique approach. At ITS, we firmly believe in serving the individual needs of our clients. What do you like to do outside of work to unwind and recharge, and how do you balance your personal and professional life?
Outside of work, I believe in the importance of unwinding and recharging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. One of my favourite ways to do this is by spending quality time with my family and friends. Whether it's going on outdoor activities, sharing a meal, or simply having a good conversation, these moments provide a sense of relaxation and connection that recharges me.
I also have a few personal hobbies that help me unwind. I'm an avid reader, and diving into a good book is one of my go-to ways to escape and relax. Additionally, I enjoy history and understanding more about how engineering has evolved. In addition I'm also a big fan of motorsports, particularly Formula One and stock car racing. There's something incredibly thrilling about the speed, precision, and strategy involved in these sports, and I enjoy following races and supporting my favourite teams and drivers.
On a completely different note, I'm also a devoted Harry Potter fan. The enchanting world created by J.K. Rowling has been a source of endless fascination for me. I've lost count of how many times I've read the books and watched the movies, and I even enjoy discussing theories and trivia with fellow fans.
