About ITS

Established in 1991, Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS) is a friendly and supportive company that strives to be one of the best companies to work for. ITS is a place where everybody has the opportunity to make a significant difference.

Martin Cox, Projects Manager for the Management Information Systems team explains: “I came to ITS in 1996 on work placement during my third year of a computer engineering degree. During the placement year, I was offered a full-time job when I graduated, and I’ve been here ever since.

“What I like about working at ITS most is there’s always variety. You may be doing one project for six months, but you know after that you will be doing something totally different. As an example I’m working on a project for a baby product manufacturer at the moment, but before that it was working on projects for nuclear, pharmaceutical, and toner manufacturers. ITS makes sure that people move around the different business areas so that they get a feel for the whole organisation. This gives them the chance to see what they like and what they have a natural aptitude for, which in turn means we get the ‘best fit’ from people and they feel encouraged and motivated to give their best.”

ITS is an equal opportunities employer, committed to eliminating discrimination and encouraging diversity amongst its workforce, so we welcome applications from anyone and appoint staff purely on the basis of individual merit.
