
Key Responsibilities
ITS is seeking to recruit an additional Business Development Manager to join its Sales and Marketing Team. The successful applicant will be responsible for generating new leads, managing key customer relationships, pursuing leads generated by the strong internal marketing team, developing new accounts and achieving sales throughout a designated territory.
ITS requires a dynamic, enthusiastic, goal driven person preferably with an engineering background and knowledge of industrial IT related systems e.g. MES, OEE and MIS solutions. The person will be joining an experienced and agile sales team which is constantly seeking new approaches and methods to ensure success against targets. The sales team works closely with the engineering side of the company and technical support is available throughout the sales cycle. The successful applicant will report directly to the UK Business Development Manager.
The company has a Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and this provides an excellent sales support tool together with a structured process for the successful Business Development Manager to follow. It also offers a mechanism for reporting progress against sales targets and KPIs.
ITS designs and implements industrial automation, control and IT solutions in a wide range of manufacturing and processing industries. The successful candidate will possess the drive and ambition to develop these aspects of ITS’ business.
Knowledge and Experience Required
A proven record in a solutions based sales role, and direct experience of one or more of the following technologies and industry sectors would be advantageous:
Training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
Territory/Location
From the M62 corridor and down, covering the Southern region. The candidate should ideally be within an easy commute to our North West office in Warrington.
