Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS), a UK-based company with over 20 years’ experience in the Honeywell range, has recently been awarded a Honeywell Process Solutions distributor agreement.
As a Honeywell distributor, ITS will be responsible for the sale of Honeywell’s range of field instrumentation, advanced applications and control systems, including all components from process penetration through to the operatives’ visualisation tools.
The new agreement will enable ITS to provide end customers with a one-stop shop for products, integration services, support and consultancy, helping them to get the most from their instrumentation and control system investments and reducing their total cost of ownership.
The partnership will involve Honeywell and ITS working closely together to enhance customer value on system applications in the food and beverage, pharmaceutical, speciality chemicals, and consumer packaged goods markets. As well as offering a distribution channel for the Honeywell range, ITS, an integrator of process control solutions and Honeywell, a leading industrial automation supplier, will capitalise on their complementary skill sets and experience, by offering complete turnkey solutions from feasibility studies, the design and implementation of PLC and DCS systems through to documentation, training and support.

The enthusiasm from ITS’ sales and marketing team was apparent in a recent sales and marketing meeting. “ITS will lead the way with a range of marketing initiatives in 2012-2013 including the development of a new distributor website, exhibiting at local events, designing email and direct mail campaigns, and organising seminars to raise awareness of the benefits that the Honeywell product range can deliver.” Trina Ives, Marketing Executive.
