ITS is Exhibiting at the ISPE UK Annual Conference

09 August 2018

Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS), a systems integrator with extensive experience in the design, implementation of industrial automation, control and management information systems in the pharmaceutical industry, will be exhibiting at ISPE’s UK Annual Conference, taking place on 22nd November 2018 at the Beaumont Estate, in the beautiful village of Old Windsor.

The conference theme this year is “Future Pharma: Paradigm Shift or Business as Usual?” The 2018 conference is divided into two streams “Keeping up to date for business as usual” and “An eye to the future”. Join ITS at the conference and hear about what the next few years will entail. Will it genuinely be paradigm shift or will we continue business as usual?

In keeping with this year’s theme, ITS will be promoting its range of automation solutions and services, designed to enhance the performance of the pharmaceutical, medical device and biopharmaceutical industries including:

  • Management Information Systems
  • Data Visualisation Solutions
  • Process Control Systems
  • Validation Services
  • Regulatory Compliance Training
  • Vision Systems
  • Project Management and Engineering Services

ITS’ automation systems and services are designed to improve quality, production efficiency, data integrity, safety, control, data visibility, traceability and regulatory compliance.

ITS offers data visualisation solutions to collect, store and present a real-time model of a site’s performance in intelligent dashboards. The solutions provide valuable data, which enables management teams to be more aware of their assets and performance, allowing them to make smart and informed decisions.

The solutions can gather and display a range of data including real-time alarms, recipes, work orders, flow rates, availability, waste levels, productivity, equipment conditions, work in progress and customer service requests. With this data, changes, improvements and efficiency savings can be made and the impact of these changes can be monitored.

Graphs, histograms, contour plots and mimic diagrams can all be used to display information on products, machines, material suppliers etc. on a mobile, PC or tablet. With real-time knowledge at your fingertips, you can use the data and graphs to improve fault-finding, decision making and overall performance.

The standards governing all aspects of ITS’ work and quality management system, are modelled on the principles and practices of the GAMP® guidelines. As a result, ITS is well positioned to assist manufacturers in the pharmaceutical industry, and their suppliers, in ensuring that new systems are designed, built, installed, used and maintained in a compliant fashion.

Following the conference ITS will be attending the prestigious black tie annual awards dinner, which attracts over 400 of the UK’s top decision makers and leaders in the pharmaceutical engineering industry.
