ITS is Attending the NEPIC Pharma Connect Event

Members of ITS are attending the next NEPIC Pharma Connect event on Thursday, 10th October in Sunderland.

The Pharma Connect event focuses on developing the pharmaceutical and supply chain community through engagement, introductions, best practice sharing and networking.

Held on a four-monthly basis and free to members, each get-together incorporates a round table introduction and updates from a pharmaceutical manufacturer, member-company SME and regional university.

If you are interested in discussing any automation, data or quality challenges and ITS’ capabilities in management information systems, Industry 4.0, validation, process control, batch control, regulatory compliance training, please look out for ITS’ employees at the event.

The October event includes the following speakers:

Stuart Penny, Operations Director at High Force Research Ltd.
Stuart will introduce HFR who specialise in chemical synthesis and R&D for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and fine chemicals industries.

Dr. Casey Dixon, NMR Technician at Newcastle University’s SAgE Analytical Team.
Casey will describe Newcastle University’s extensive analytical capabilities and expertise that are available as a service to industry.

Dave Tudor, MD at CPI’s Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre, based at Strathclyde University
Dave will present ‘A unique, state-of-the-art facility offering transformative solutions in small molecule and fine chemical manufacturing’. Dave will talk through the process to establishing this world-class centre and the services it will offer to the pharmaceutical industry.
