ezGMP™ Announces International Distribution Agreement with Industrial Technology Systems Ltd

ezGMP™ and Associates, Inc., an international, privately-held company with headquarters in Rochester, New York, has signed a distribution agreement with Industrial Technology Systems Limited (ITS) – United Kingdom, for the commercialisation of its ezGXP™ 4.5 software within key European countries, including the United Kingdom and Ireland.

ezGXP™4.5 is a unique 21 CFR PART 11 Compliant Software for FDA regulated companies that use Microsoft™ Excel® in the generation of manufacturing and quality control data, subject to FDA review and oversight. The agreement signed on January 01, 2005 provides ITS with an important opportunity to distribute a significantly improved compliance tool for the regulated industry. “After a lengthy evaluation of the features of the product by our technical and marketing staff, we concluded the product has been well-designed and its performance will interest our clients,” said Mr. Malcolm Knott, ITS’ Managing Director. “ezGXP™4.5 becomes an exciting new addition to our line of software products,” he added.

The program is currently being installed in Central and South America, Germany, United States and Puerto Rico.
