ITS a Sponsor at Next Generation Pharmaceutical Europe Summit in Geneva

ITS is a sponsor at this year’s prestigious Next Generation Pharmaceutical Europe Summit, to be held at the spectacular Évian Royal Resort on the banks of Lake Geneva, May 13th – 15th.

The event is organised by the Pharmaceutical Events Division of GDS International and led by a Standing Committee of senior pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry executives.  It is an opportunity for leading professionals and decisions makers to meet to discuss current industry challenges and share best practice. 

One key area for discussion will be the pressure on the industry in a climate of worldwide commercialisation, to develop new and exciting go-to-market strategies, which are responsive, efficient and profitable. 

The organisers consider the summit to be an excellent forum for professionals facing the same issues and with the same background and experience, to network and discuss mutual topics of concern and interest. 

The traditional lecture format is replaced with focus groups, briefings, workshops, roundtable debates and breakout sessions, in a wide-ranging programme that maximises executives’ time by employing a pre-arranged individual itinerary.  Also built into the schedule is ample opportunity for informal networking and the social exchange of ideas.

The function features a series of drinks receptions and dinners, set against the stunning backdrop of Lake Geneva and the alpine summits. 

The Évian Royal Resort, home to Évian Masters Golf Club, is one of France’s most important and luxurious resorts.  Set in 47 acres of parkland, it was in the hotel's environs that the source of Évian water was discovered in 1790.

It was inaugurated in 1909 as a resort for the aristocracy, and although it took its royal title from King Edward V11, an intended guest, he died in 1910 before ever being able to visit.  Today the resort has married old world elegance with modern amenities and stylish décor, attracting business groups and holidaying individuals from around the world.
