New Pharmaceutical Risk Management Training Courses from ITS

13th April 2010

Industrial Technology Systems Ltd (ITS) has introduced two new one-day training courses providing robust guides to risk management in the healthcare manufacturing environment.

The two courses, Pharmaceutical Risk Management Training, and Risk Management & Validation Training, investigate the the importance of risk management to the healthcare industry in terms of validation of systems and equipment, consider guidance from the FDA, EU and GAMP®, and explore how companies can determine the most appropriate decisions and actions to take.

Course delegates receive a comprehensive overview of how risk management is applied and implemented, and a thorough grounding in the core principles.  Additionally ITS can deliver the course on-site, negating the need for valuable staff to be absent for any length of time.

Content includes the methods applied and documentation used when applying risk management to daily operations, incorporating FMEA and the GAMP® approach; clarification of the EU and FDA perspective, and an exploration of how risk management strategies can be applied to individual learners’ organisations.

ITS’ trainer Alan Benbow, who has 22 years’ industry experience and worked previously for Johnson & Johnson and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, ensures the courses balance theory with a hands-on practical approach, in an accessible training style designed to encourage maximum participation and comprehension.
