NVQ Level 3 Learning & Development Structure

To achieve the whole NVQ qualification at Level 3, candidates must prove competence in all seven mandatory units plus two optional units from Group A and two optional units from Group B. Individual units can be taken separately or in clusters without having to take the whole NVQ (dependent upon organisational requirements).
