Course Duration:3
Course Overview:

The GMP Fast Track Training Programme 1 is designed as an in-depth introduction to the regulated GMP healthcare manufacturing environment.

The aim of the GMP Fast Track Training Programme 2 is to provide the learners with the tools for creating effective SOPs and providing associated structured 1-1 training to aid GMP compliance.

The first day of the GMP Fast Track Training Programme 2 helps learners understand how to create and write effective SOPs, including breaking a task down logically step-by-step, using flowcharts and other training considerations.

Once the learner knows how to create effective SOPs they need to learn how to train with an SOP. The second and third day of the course provides the learner with the skills and knowledge required to train effectively, by developing training instruction plans, assessment requirements and record documents.

These documents will be developed for training one of the other course learners on the last day.

Before the programme runs, each individual learner will be encouraged to identify a task, ideally part of an SOP that they can use for training on the last day.
