Train the Trainer
Course Title: Train the Trainer (2 Day) Course
Course Delivery: The Train the Trainer Course can be delivered in a hotel, one of our offices, or your premises. The course content can be tailored to meet your requirements.
Course Duration: 2 days
Course Overview:

This Train the Trainer Course is ideally suited to companies and people who need to carry out training regularly as part of their job role i.e. either as a full or part-time trainer.

Delivering structured consistent training is important for all organisations and in some cases their suppliers.

As a part of the programme, on the final day you will be expected to deliver a short training session to one of the other learners. This will require you identifying a work-based task for the training session: we will provide you with help and guidance on this before you attend.

The first day of the Train the Trainer Course focuses on how we all have individual preferred learning styles which we all use to one extent or another.  These learning styles will be taken into account when you create and write your own training plan. In the training plan you will consider and build in how to train and assess your learners, including design and use of questions.

The training also allows you to learn how internal and external factors can have a negative impact on your training.  We will provide you with guidance on how you can prevent and overcome these factors.

The second day of the session is focused on you and the other learners carrying out your own training sessions, with help and support from us. Following each session we will provide you with individual private feedback to assist in your long-term work-based development. You will also complete a compliant documented training record of the training event.

Don’t neglect your training, enrol onto ITS’ Train the Trainer (2 Day) Course, which can be delivered at an open venue, or why not consider having it delivered at your own site?
