If you are a work-based trainer or manager responsible for identifying an organisation’s training needs, the task may seem huge and almost too daunting to begin.
Yet neglecting the importance of facilitating a structured site-wide, departmental training plan, or even an individual learning needs evaluation, can have negative consequences on an organisation.
Identifying training needs through a systematic training needs analysis, detects gaps in peoples’ skills and knowledge. The collated TNA results when added to the organisation’s requirements, allows a substantial training plan to be formulated.
How to conduct a TNA by appreciating the cause of performance problems, and understanding how to identify and address training and learning needs, is covered in the following Industrial Technology System’s course.
Identifying Training Needs:
• A one-day training course, that helps to consider and develop group and individual training needs analysis
• Training and learning plans will be easier to create following attendance on this course
