Industrial Technology Systems Ltd's (ITS) Train the Trainer courses help trainers design and deliver structured courses based on National Vocation Qualifications (NVQ) related competencies. They underline the importance of questioning techniques, developing good listening skills, identifying and adapting to individual learning styles, and generating effective training task breakdown plans.
ITS offers the following courses:
- Train the Trainer four-day course is for those who regularly deliver one-to-one training in the workplace; it can lead to an NVQ Learning and Development unit qualification. This course is particularly useful for trainers who work in regulated industry and need to deliver consistent structured training, keeping relative documented training plans and records
- Train the Trainer two-day course is for those whose role occasionally requires them to deliver one-to-one training
- Train the Trainer for Food and Beverage Manufacturers is a two-day course for those whose role in the Food and Beverage industry occasionally requires them to deliver one- to- one training
- Train the Trainer for the Healthcare Industry is a course for those who occasionally deliver one- to-one training in the regulated healthcare industry
