Box Closure Inspection

This vision system uses a single Cognex In-Sight sensor to detect the closure of an ointment package, avoiding contamination of the product and faulty goods going to market.

The vision sensor checks from above that the box is fully closed.  It ensures that the box closure flap has been pushed fully home by the closing unit and is not free from the box.
