Q&A's
What inspired you to pursue a career in the automation industry, and how did you get started in this field?
I was drawn to the automation industry after witnessing the impact and the difficult times had by so many businesses during COVID. I could see how increasing and / or improving the automation of machinery, factories, industrial sites etc.would benefit all industries.
I was lucky enough to have been given the opportunity at the right time with ITS as the company had started expanding and bringing additional people in to join the existing staff, which has created new and exciting times for the future of ITS.
What do you enjoy most about working at ITS, and what sets you apart from other automation businesses in the industry?
The vast knowledge and experience that is present at ITS is second to none. We have qualified engineers from all sectors which enable us to find a solution to any given problem.
What do you like to do outside of work to unwind and recharge, and how do you balance your personal and professional life?
I love to be out in the open, either walking, cycling or jogging which is usually followed by a well deserved tipple where I relax with a game of snooker.
