ITS is looking for a Project Manager.
The work will be varied and every project a new and exciting opportunity to grow your team. Depending on the size of the projects you may have responsibility for a portfolio of projects which will be delivered with the support of Lead Engineers.
You will be involved in the management of a wide range of projects within one of the following divisions Life Science, Chemical and Manufacturing and processing companies. Projects can range from full turnkey solutions to simple work packages as part of our client portfolio.
You will be responsible for delivering projects to the highest standards to ensure full customer satisfaction and first class service.
You will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships in a highly professional manner. You will also be required to deliver projects in line with the company Quality Management System.
Skills & Experience
Experience of working in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Chemical Manufacturing or Power and Energy is also highly desirable.
Project Scope and Management with close collaboration with Lead and Senior Engineers
Financial and Technical Acumen
Commercial and Legal Awareness
Equipping Lead Engineers with the knowledge to act as delegated authority during the Project Manager's absence on any project in the portfolio.
You will be responsible for project resource allocation and addressing any resource conflicts in tandem with other Project Managers and Lead Engineers.
Risk Identification and Mitigation.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitoring project progress aligned with established metrics and KPIs.
Managing changes in project scope, technical requisites, or client requests within projects under sole responsibility.
Applicants must be able to communicate effectively both formally and informally, orally and in written English.
