What inspired you to pursue a career in the automation industry, and how did you get started in this field?
My journey began after completing a degree in Business Management Studies. While I initially aspired to pursue a career in marketing, I was drawn to ITS for its reputation and growth within the automation sector. The prospect of challenging myself in a new and exciting field, combined with the potential to contribute to ITS' expansion, inspired me to take the leap. Embracing this steep learning curve, I joined ITS, and over the years, I have found immense fulfilment in contributing to the company's success and witnessing the transformation of the automation industry.
What do you enjoy most about working at ITS, and what sets you apart from other automation businesses in the industry?
What I find most enjoyable is the opportunity to actively engage with customers, listening to their needs, and collaboratively devising solutions that elevate their performance. Beyond my professional life, I find exhilaration in skiing down snowy slopes amidst stunning mountains. Caravanning fuels my passion for exploration, while playing the piano serves as a therapeutic escape. Above all, cherishing quality moments with friends and family is vital to maintaining balance. Alongside setting boundaries and emphasising self-care, these activities help me harmonise my personal and professional life.
