What inspired you to pursue a career in the automation industry, and how did you get started in this field?
Within my role at ITS, I am not involved in the technical side of the business (no one wants that).
Coming from a finance background, I was excited by the challenge of applying my skills in a highly technical and evolving field. Over time, what’s kept me here is the culture of respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
What do you enjoy most about working at ITS, and what sets you apart from other automation businesses in the industry?
Working at ITS has been an incredibly rewarding experience. Over the past six years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally in an environment that values collaboration, innovation, and integrity. What I enjoy most is the strong sense of teamwork and support — I genuinely feel part of a group that works together toward a common goal.
The positive culture, mutual respect, and open communication have made this not just a workplace, but a place where I feel valued and motivated every day.
What do you like to do outside of work to unwind and recharge, and how do you balance your personal and professional life?
Outside of work, I love to spend my time with family and friends. I love nothing more than travelling the world and seeing new places. Chilling in the sun and getting a suntan doesn’t go a miss too!
