What you will need to considered eligible for the ITS Graduate Development Scheme
You must have or expect to achieve a 2.1 or more in an engineering related degree
You must have permission to live and work in the UK without restriction at time of hire
A willingness to learn with a passion for engineering
Excellent communication skills
Creative and forward thinking
Geographically mobile with a full uk driving licence, or able to obtain one within 6 months of joining ITS

We are an Engineering company, owned and run by Engineers, with a strong long-term development strategy and a proven track record in good business acumen. A significant number of our people have been with ITS for 10 or more years, some joining as apprentices or graduates and now holding senior roles.
