Depending on your data loss situation, software is only recommended when your hardware or computer system is functioning properly. If your hardware or system appears to be physically failing or damaged, ITS’ data recovery services are recommended.


According to research carried out by Kroll Ontrack, the average FTSE 250 UK-based company experiences 10-15 Microsoft® Exchange Server restores each year. The average time it takes to deploy a recovery server, restore all the data, find the relevant information and present it in a format that’s acceptable to the business is three days.

If you do, we offer four plans to recover your data. These start at £299 with no additional costs for replacement parts.

  • Level One: Software related faults where the data cannot be accessed. The fault is not caused by a physical hardware failure.
  • Level Two: Hardware or electromechanical faults that do not require the hard disk drive (HDD) to be opened.
  • Level Three: Complex software related faults that require a manual reconstruction of files by an engineer. The fault is not caused by a physical hardware failure.
  • Level Four: Physical faults that need to be fixed in a clean room by a specialist Data Recovery Engineer and often require replacement parts.

ITS offers Ontrack® PowerControls™ software, designed to make the locating, restoring and managing of Microsoft® Exchange and SharePoint® data much easier.
