ITS is delighted to announce the appointment of Tim MacLaren as Operations Director, bringing with him a wealth of experience in operational leadership across highly regulated industries and critical national infrastructure.
Tim joins ITS following his role as Business Unit Director at Sword IT Solutions, where he led strategic transformation and operational excellence within the managed IT services space, particularly across the energy sector. Prior to that, Tim spent over a decade at ITI Operations, serving as General Manager for their Digital Operations and Automation Business Units, where he played a pivotal role in scaling service delivery, improving performance and driving innovation.
With deep expertise in service delivery, operations management, and digital transformation, Tim has a proven track record of enhancing customer experience, streamlining support services, and building high-performing teams. His leadership style is rooted in collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to delivering measurable value to clients.
Tim’s appointment marks a significant step forward in ITS’ strategic journey. His insights and experience will be instrumental in strengthening our operational capabilities, improving efficiency and reliability, and aligning our services more closely with client needs.
