Members of ITS are attending the Bionow Pharma Manufacturing Conference

Members of ITS are attending the Bionow Pharma Manufacturing Conference, taking place on Thursday 16th May 2019 at the Centre for Process Innovation, Darlington. This one-day conference will address the needs of pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Ben Houchen, Mayor of Tees Valley will be opening the conference. Keynote speeches will be given by Andrew Dwyer, Head of Clinical Packaging Operations at GlaxoSmithKline and Andy Topping, Chief Scientific Officer at Fujifilm Diosynth.
The event will also include speakers from ARCINOVA, Centre for Process Innovation, Siemens, Enterprise System Partners, Fujifilm Diosynth, Iksuda Therapeutics, Elanco, Durham University, NEPIC, Teva, Northern Life Sciences, GlaxoSmithKline, Allergan Biologics, Siemens, University of Leeds, Cell and Gene Therapy, Catapult, Teesside University and Deloitte.
The conference will explore the challenges and enablers for pharmaceutical manufacturing in the north of the UK. The event will also focus on encouraging collaboration and influencing academia as well as Government industrial strategy to support the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector.
